Lightning Bolts (Boys 6-15)
No prerequisite is required.  All boys 6 years & older start in this class. Boys' developmental gymnastics class will prepare boys physically for the challenges of gymnastics. We will teach skill progressions and discipline that are required for the success of the sport using apparatus appropriate for the boys; vault, floor, pommel, parallel bars, high bars, and rings.

We offer many age-appropriate programs that will train your athlete in a progression of skills that will teach them the poise, control, perseverance, dedication, and discipline that is required for the success of the sport. Our trained coaches will provide gymnasts with instruction to bring their skills to the next level.  As gymnasts improve, higher levels will be encouraged.

Cyclones (4/5's)
This class is designed to further nurture your young gymnasts’ listening skills as well as help teach them how to follow directions. Through instruction, your athlete will have the opportunity to learn body control, gymnastics fundamentals, strength, and coordination and will gain self-esteem and confidence through our positive reinforced program.  These life lessons and so many others will be taught in this introductory class.

Rhythmic Gymnastics (Girls 5-15)
Rhythmic Gymnastics is a sport where athletes perform on a floor using apparatuses like hoops, balls, clubs, ribbons, and ropes. It combines gymnastics and dance elements. Gymnasts will develop strength, flexibility, agility, and coordination. It develops posture and confident body movement, enhances coordination, agility, body awareness, and balance, and increases flexibility and strength. Additionally, rhythmic gymnastics fosters creativity, builds self-confidence, and promotes healthy minds and positive attitudes, making it beneficial for both, sport and life..

Parkour (Co-Ed 4-12)
Designed to be a major Physical Fitness class, this class involves the use of most equipment in the gym.  The equipment used depends on the lesson plan for the day.

Typhoons (Girls 6-15)
No prerequisite is required.  All girls 6 years & older start in this class. This class will teach poise, control, perseverance, dedication, and discipline that are required for the success of the sport. This class will prepare gymnasts physically for the challenges of gymnastics focusing on the progressions of basic skills in all four events; vault, bars, balance beam, and floor.

Homeschool Physical Education (Co-Ed 5-15)
A coach-led class that will focus on conditioning, and body strengthening and will involve individual and group activities that are aimed at each child improving their personal level of physical fitness.

Tumbling (Co-Ed 6-12)
Tumbling This class focuses on the progressions of basic tumbling skills using the spring floor and trampolines. Cheer No prerequisite is required.  All girls 6 years & older start in this class. Tumbling & different types of cheer jumps are focused on in this class. This class will focus on the progressions of basic tumbling skills using the spring floor and trampolines.

Programs

Toddler Adventure Days (6 months-5 years)
The focus is on fun through movement while the toddlers climb, roll, jump and explore. They will participate with a parent or caretaker in an "open play" environment. "Just for Kids" equipment is made for small hands, while the ball pit has room for the toddler to enjoy the perfect environment for exploration, learning, adventure and fun!

Tornados (2-3's)
Parents required for 2 year old's and welcome for 3 year old's. Parents and coaches will work together to provide your toddler with a safe and rewarding gymnastics and movement experience. Key concepts will be taught such as following directions, body control, body movement, taking turns and so much more. This introduction to gymnastics is designed to develop motor skills and enhance self-esteem using a variety of equipment and obstacle courses including the beam, bars, foam pit, floor, and music, to keep the children engaged, active, and constantly learning!
